A sketch-scheme for a new Cotswold farmhouse-style dwelling.
To reduce costs, the building would be clad in a traditional limewashed roughcast finish, with natural stone being reserved for the detailing.
The main block contained traditional self-contained rooms, whereas the lower wing has a large, open-plan kitchen/family room.
