House in Wiltshire

Justin was engaged by Guy Goodfellow Ltd, who were applying for listed-building consent to refurbish a grade II* listed house in Wiltshire for clients.

He produced a Statement of Significance, incorporating an assessment of the evolution of the house, & identified isolated surviving examples of the original 17th-century fenestration.

On the first floor, the wish to provide an en-suite bathroom to a fully panelled room was proving awkward, & Justin suggested an arrangement that was subsequently accepted both by the client, & the conservation officer.
